Who we are

This website, dtxpower.energy, is operated by DTX Power, the energy and infrastructure division of DTX Capital. For any question about this notice, email huzefa.raja@dtx.aero.

What this website collects

This website has no forms, no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies. We do not set cookies.

Like any website, it relies on outside services that receive basic technical information when you visit:

• Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
• Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when your browser requests them.

These providers handle that information under their own privacy policies.

When you email us

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, organisation, contact details and the content of your message. We use it to reply, to discuss potential business with you, and to keep a record of our correspondence.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with colleagues in the DTX group who need it to respond to you, with professional advisers where required, or where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, including any business relationship that follows, and then delete it unless we must keep it for legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email us at the address above.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
