Energy & infrastructure
Power and infrastructure, delivered.
DTX Power develops, invests in and operates energy assets: baseload and peaking power plants, modular generation for industry, and the fuel supply chains and infrastructure that keep them running.
The opportunity
Demand for energy is growing faster than the systems built to supply it.
Growing cities, new industry and data centres all need power that is reliable and affordable. In many markets, grids rely on imports, ageing plant or intermittent supply, and new capacity takes years to arrive.
We close that gap by building and financing the assets that are missing, from the fuel supply and the generating plant to the connection that delivers power to the people who use it.
What we do
Four ways we work across energy.
Our current focus is gas-fired generation and its supply chain. Our remit covers the wider energy and infrastructure sector.
Plants sized to the grid they serve.
We develop and operate baseload, load-following and peaking plants, in simple or combined cycle, phased so that first power arrives early and capacity grows with demand.
- Combined-cycle baseload plants
- Peaking and fast-response capacity
- Relocation and refurbishment of existing plant
- Hybrid plants with solar, wind and storage
Generation that goes where it is needed.
Aeroderivative gas turbines packaged on skids give industrial users reliable power on site, without waiting years for a grid connection.
- Skid-mounted turbine packages
- Prime and backup power for data centres
- Power for oil and gas fields and processing
- Fast-track and emergency capacity
Fuel delivered, wherever the plant is.
A plant is only as reliable as its fuel. We secure supply and build the chain that moves it, by pipeline, by road or by sea, including where no pipeline reaches.
- Fuel sourcing and supply agreements
- Compression, liquefaction and storage
- Marine and road transport
- Receiving terminals and site facilities
The assets that connect supply to demand.
Backed by DTX Capital, we invest in and structure energy infrastructure, alone or alongside partners, wherever the returns and the need line up.
- Grid connections and substations
- Energy storage and renewables
- Fuel terminals and logistics assets
- Project structuring and co-investment
Baseload and peaking
Every grid needs both.
Demand rises and falls through the day. Different plants cover different parts of the curve. Move across the chart to see how a typical day is served.

How a project works
From fuel to grid, under one agreement.
For a utility-scale plant we take responsibility for the whole chain, so the utility buys power, not a construction project. Select a stage.
Fuel supply
Every plant starts with dependable fuel. We secure supply and, where no pipeline reaches the site, design the compression, transport and receiving chain that delivers it.
Generation
We specify and deploy turbines sized to the grid, in simple or combined cycle, phased so that first power arrives early and capacity grows with demand.
Grid delivery
Power is stepped up and delivered into the grid through new or upgraded interconnection, built to the utility's own standards.
Offtake
The utility buys capacity and energy under a long-term power purchase agreement, at a tariff agreed up front. We finance, own and operate the plant for the life of the contract.
Who we work with
Partners across the energy chain.
Capacity on a clear timeline
Tariffs, availability and local benefits agreed before construction, with one partner accountable from fuel to grid.

Gas-fired power plant and supply chain, East Africa
A phased power plant with its own fuel supply chain, delivering baseload power to the national grid under long-term offtake. First power targeted for 2027.
